  9.             PC-VT is a software emulator which makes the IBM PC function as
  10.           a DEC VT102 Video Terminal.
  11.  
  12.             -  Here is a brief list of the functions handled by PC-VT.

  14.                  *  Communication over an RS232 port configured as COM1

  16.                  *  Communications support for all of the popular baud rate
  17.                     and data bit/parity bit combinations.

  20.                     have to be connected (FDX A mode).   Suitable  for  use
  21.                     with  a  null  modem  (direct) connection to  the  host
  22.                     computer or with a modem which does not  require  modem
